Anomalous Convergence of the Time Average in Semi-Markovian Chaotic Dynamics

Statistical properties of the two state semi-Markovian process σ(t) which has a long time tail are studied theorically.The time average Λ_N=(1/N)∫_0 ^Nσ(t)dt obeys the different limit laws for N→∞ in stationary and non-stationary regimes. Anomalous convergence of Λ_N in intermittent chaos is discussed from the viewpoint of the large deviation theory.
