Minkowski Stochastic Quantization of Fermion Field and Chiral Anomaly : Particles and Fields

Minkowski stochastic quantization procedure proposed previously is applied to a fermion field coupled with an external gauge field. Our formulation has formally chiral invariance when fermion mass vanishes. Nevertheless, chiral anomaly is deprived and coincides with that obtained from the other quantization methods. This suggests that symmetry of the theory in stochastic quantization method should not be necessarily connected with conservation of the corresponding current.
