It is shown in the Lee model that the asymptotic behavior of the Green function obtained from the renormalization group equation and that from the Callan-Symanzik equation coincide with each other and these results also coincide with the exact expression in the high energy region. It is also proved that the Callan-Symanzik equation is included as a particular case of the renormalization group equation, namely, the former can be derived from the latter by a particular choice of parameters in the latter equation.
