It is proved that a quantum theory of a non-abelian gauge field in the canonical form published in our previous paper is invariant under Lorentz and gauge transformations. the proof is given in the first place for the Lorentz invariance of the theory in the Heisenberg representation by describing a Lorentz transformation in a form of a unitary transformation. The invariance of other forms of representation, for example, the Schrodinger representation on a condition of the Coulomb gauge, is also derived by taking into account the fact that the different forms of representations of the theory are mutually connected by a one-to-one mapping. The gauge invariance and the independence of the choice of gauge conditions are also verified for the physical state-vectors which satisfy the constraints (2・5).
