Properties of metastable states at zero temperature are studied numerically for a special random Ising ferromagnet where spins are random in their magnitudes. The metastable states are stable for one-spin filp fluctuations. Domains are completely ramified, with vanishing total magnetization. Energy distribution of the states is found a Gaussian.
