Finite temperature properties of the one-dimensional quantum sine-Gordon system with a particular value of a quantum parameter (g^2=4π) are studied with use of the corresponding fermion model. The specific heat, the mean misfit and the correlation functions are calculated numerically and analytically for several limiting cases. Cross-over behaviors from the commensurate state to the incommensurate state are discussed.
