Matrix elements for the two body decay modes, p→π^0+e^+ and p→ω+e^+, of proton are discussed in detail by applying the static bag model and using the method for the atomic transition followed by photon emissions. Several different approximations in neglecting small components of the Dirac field for quarks or positrons are made and compared with each other. The ratio of transition probabilities of these processes is, in exact treatments, found to be 0.325, showing a strong suppression of proton decays through the pion production noted previously by Donoghue. The proton lifetime through these decay modes turns out be 1.16×10^<31> or 2,22×10^<30> tears for the superheavy boson mass, m_x=3.8×10^<14> GeV, depending on the proton radius 6.926 (GeV)^<-1> in the standard bag model or 5(GeV)^<-1> in a more elaborate one, respectively.
