The electric dipole moment of neutrons is considered through the charged Higgs boson exchange in a left-right symmetric theory. We show that it is related with the CP-nonconserving Higgs boson propagators. Estimation gives 1.8×10^<-23>e・cm in comparison with the experimental value, (0.4±1.1 )×10^<-24 >e・cm.
