We calculate two-loop anomalous dimensions of timelike cut vertices in QCD for non-singlet case. The calculation is performed in Feynman gauge using the dimensional regularization and the minimal subtraction scheme. Infrared singularities are regularized dimensionally and they cancel out. The mass singularities are found to cancel out before completing integrations. We also evaluate the coefficient functions for the single particle inclusive production in e^+ e^- annihilation. We confirm that the Gribov-Lipatov relation is broken in the next to leading order. We compare our results with those given by other groups. In addition we check the renormalizability of cut vertices in non-Abelian gauge theories to the two-loop order.
