The total cross section for the process e^-e^+→e^-tb^^-v^^-e is calculated below the threshold energy of the pair production of top quarks. We use the real photon approximation at the lowest order in the minimal gauge theory of SU(2)_L×U(1). Estimated total cross sections are 0.11×10^<-7> and 0.29×10^<-5> pb at the center-of-mass energies √<s>=50 and 65 GeV, respectively, when the top quark mass is 40 GeV.
