The relativistic mechanics of a system consisting of three point particles is investigated. The theory is derived from a Lagrangian with constraints which relate the internal variables with the total momentum of the system. The model in which the case of the unequal constituent masses can be worked on is presented and the consistent theory with the nine constraints is obtained. Quantization can be done by Dirac's Hamiltonian formalism. It is required to impose the subsidiary conditions corresponding to the constraints which restrict the internal space components of the system. Taking the constructive force to be of Hooke-type, we obtain the spin-mass relation which is linear in the case of the equal constituent masses while nonlinear in the unequal mass case.
