The detailed features of the π^0-photoproduction reaction are explained from the non-hadronic duality of the lepton-hadron amplitude. This duality is distinct from the purely hadronic pole-pole duality and is based on the analytic structure of the lepton-hadron amplitude. From the lepton-hadron amplitude with this duality the π^0-photoproduction amplitude is extracted. It is shown that the fixed cut behavior appears in the π^0-photoproduction amplitude at high energies and that the dip-bump structure depends on the position of the fixed cut.
