Light-Like Reduction Formula and Derivation of PC and PV Lee-Sugawara Relation

On the basis of the light-like definition of the charge, a reduction formula in the light front formalism is expressed in terms of the non-vanishing q_+=(q_0+q_3)/√<2>, which is a less restrictive condition than the soft meson limit, all q_μ→0. Hence the formula is free from the ambiguities and the defects which appear in the reduction formula based on the conventional charge and the soft meson limit. Thus, in the light-like charge formalism of baryon non-leptonic decays, the two-body matrix <B_n|H_w|B_m> can be assumed mainly to be of the derivative type q_μ^^-_nγ^u(G<PC>+G<PV>γ^5)u_m which would vanish in the soft meson limit. The derivative type matrix elements directly reproduces i) the Lee-Sugawara relation for PC as well as PV amplitudes and ii) the experimental order of magnitude of A/B〜__-O((M_α-M_β)/(M_α+M_β)) for the amplitude u^^-_β(A+Bγ^5)u_α, without fitting any free parameters.
