An attempt is made to construct the most general theory of gravitational interaction when C, P and T symmetries are not necessarily hold separately. The gravitational interaction of electromagnetic field is discussed in detail as a model case. It is shown that we may get a consistent and general covariant gravitational theory by taking both the metric tensor and the Affine connection as independent field variables. The Affine connection deviates from the Christoffel symbol and our geometry is not Riemannian.
