Weak radiative decays of hyperons are examined under the assumptions: (a) weak decays occur through scalar-pseudoscalar weak interaction and (b) partially conserved tensor current (P. C. T. C. ) hypothesis. The branching ratio for Σ^+→p+γ is obtained using the same values of parameters as those for pionic hyperon decays. Our estimated value, (1.79×10^<-3>) is in good agreement with the experimental one, (1.9±0.4)×10^<-3>. It is emphasized that the contribution of the commutator term is very important and some of the pole terms are rather suppressed. These are very different points of our model from those of other model. Discussions are also given for the decays of other hyperons.
