We treat the one-particle distribution spectra, the averaged multiplicities and the spin dependences of high energy inclusive reactions from the viewpoint of Regge theory within the M(12) symmetry scheme. We take into account the quark-line-duality diagrams for clarifying the dynamics and provide sum-rule relations among the distribution spectra, averaged multiplicities and proton target asymmetries which are testable in various kinematical regions. The existence of exotic resonances is discussed.
