Bjorken's scaling property of inelastic electron scattering is analysed and explicit calculations of the structure functions are made for all two-body final channels, such as nρ^+, nA_1^+, nπ^+ etc., by using SU(2)×SU(2) phenomenological Lagrangian. Our result is compared with the experimentally available data for e+p→e+anything. Finally, the results of Callan and Gross, Bloom and Gilman are discussed.
