The method of the theory of the nuclear forces proposed by Taketani, Nakamura and Sasaki^<1)> is developed to clarify the present stage of the theory of the nuclear forces and to discuss the aims, as well as the important results obtained up to present, of the theoretical investigations which are now in progress by our group.
