A two-fireball model in high energy heavy-ion collisions is investigated from the viewpoint of the microscopic theory. Applying the Glauber approximation to the relative motion, it is found that our fireball is described by a phonon coherent state. The microscopic wave function found is used to obtain the optical potential and the momentum distribution function for the emitted nucleons. They show the strong energy dependence. It is not the purpose of this paper to go into detailed quantitative discussion, but rather to develop the basic idea.
