The generalized Schwinger representation reformulated in Part I is applied to the description of the anharmonicity. The relations to RPA, the SU(6)-model and the boson expansion are discussed. Numerical results concerning E2-transitions and energies based on the Tamm-Dancoff approximation are shown in the case of single-j shell model with j = 11/2.
