The improper Hartree-Bogoliubov (HB) formalism is applied to the schematic model of odd nuclei with the pairing plus separable quadrupole interactions. The improper HB equation for the paired mode amplitudes, which was derived in an accompanying paper, is solved with a method analogous to Baranger's one for the proper HB equation taking advantage of the arbitrariness in the degrees of freedom of the unpaired mode amplitude in the equation. The solution represents the even core with the blocking effect due to the presence of an extra unpaired particle.
