The purpose of the present paper (part II) is to study thermodynamical properties of the three dimensional hard sphere system with the aid of the general results derived in part I. The results obtained are as follows. The expressions of the vacancy-volume and its fluctuation are obtained. The equations for determining isothermal compressibility are deduced from the expressions and the general relations in part I. Two solutions for isothermal compressibility corresponding to two phases of the system are obtained, The isothermal compressibility and the equation of state are shown in figures. They reproduce fairly well the distinctive features of the previous data in a wide range of the density. The isothermal compressibility is found to vanish in one of the two phases.
