Problems concerning hadron resonances are investigated under two basic assumptions, lightlike chiral algebra SU(3)_l⨂SU(3)_l and the partially conserved axial-vector current hypothesis. In terms of the partial-wave expansion of lightlike axial charges, two kinds of supermultiplets (chiral and SU(6)_s-like) and their mixing are considered. Analyses of various pionic decays of mesons are made together with the study of meson spectrum. They imply the usefulness of lightlike chiral algebra in finding new regularities of hadron resonances.
