Model-Independent Determination of Surface Density Distribution of Unstable Nuclei at Radioactive Beam Facilities

We apply our analysis to the determination of the matter density distribution of a neutron-rich nucleus (Fig. 1), in which some of the parameters in the basis functions are fixed to those of the neighboring stable nucleus. This will allow the practical procedure that one can apply the information of the density distribution of a stable nucleus to the analysis of its unstable isotopes.
