We propose a simple approach to predict the angular momentum I ground states (Ig.s.) probabilities of many-body systems without diagonalization of the hamiltonian using random interactions. It is suggested that the 0g.s. dominance in boson systems and even valence nucleon systems is not given by the model space as previously assumed, but by specific two-body interactions.
