We calculate cross sections of the high energy electron inclusive scattering off nuclear matter. The formulation is based on the Glauber approximation, which was previously used for the nuclear transparency in (e, e'p) reactions. We emphasize the roles of the final-state interactions and the nuclear short-range correlations.
