Dissociation cross sections are calculated for the reaction ^<11>Li+Target (with charge Z_Te)→^9Li+X by using the Glauber approximation, modified suitably for two-neutron removal reactions. It is found that the effect of finite q_⊥, the transverse component of momentum transfer, alters target-charge dependence of the Coulomb dissociation cross section as σ_c∝Z_T^<1.74>, while the normal dependence σ_c∝Z_T^2 is obtained if no such effect is included.
