1) クマリン系殺鼠剤(Warfarin, Neocumaran, Fumarin, Dicumarol)およびpival中毒血の血漿thrombopasltin形成の不良はstable factorの減少によるものであり,これらの薬剤による凝固時間の延長は血漿thromboplastin形成の不良とprothrombin timeの延長によると結論される。2) Warfarinはin vitroで脳thromboplastinの活性度は著しい影響を与えなかった。またin vivoではprothrombin timeが300秒以上に延長した個体で脳thromboplastinの活性度の顕著な低下が認められた。
