The first is the introduction of work-sharing system. In this new employment system the worker's labor hours and wages are decided by the consultation between labor and management based on the mutual understanding and dialog. The second is that workers have to make an every effort to acquire a proffessional license to get a employment opportunity. Self-renewal and independent mind and at the same time the challenging spirit are urgently needed. We can say that new way of thinking and behavior toword labor is emerging in the new century.
