Flatness and LCM-stability of anti-integral extensions over Noetherian domains

Let R be a Noetherian domain with quotient field K, and let L be an algebraic field extension of K. Let α be a non-zero element of L. Assume that α is an anti-integral element of degree d. Set A = R[α] and B = R[α] ∩ R[α^<-1>]. We give some conditions such that A is a flat extension of B.
