Paramagnetic resonance spectra have been studied on the spinel CdIn_<2(1-x)> Cr_<2x>S_4 for O<x≤0.001. The spectra for samples show the fine structure and the angular dependence for a rotation of magnetic field in (110) plane in a temperature range from 100K to 300K. The observed spectra are interpreted by Cr^<3+> and Cr^<4+> ions occupied the octahedral sites in CdIn_2S_4. The values of the zero field splitting D for the ground-state of these Cr ions are negative. Further, the D-values depend on the concentration of Cr ions, and do not change over a temperature range from 100K to 300K (e. g., D=-0.185cm^<-1> and -0.150cm^<-1> for x=0.0008 on Cr^<3+> and Cr^<4+> ions, respectively).
