Alternative treatment with Sairei-to (a herbal formula) for alloimmune recurrent abortion complicated by autoantibodies and resistance to alloimmunotherapy

抗核抗体(ANA), 抗カルジオリピン抗体(ACA)陽性同種免疫異常不育症に対して適応になる免疫抑制と免疫刺激作用を同時に果たす治療法は西洋医学には存在しない。夫婦の染色体異常, 妻の甲状腺機能異常, 子宮形態異常が否定された三回以上の初期流産の既往を有する原発性不育症総計441例をANA, ACA陽性非同種免疫異常不育症(一群), ANA, ACA陽性同種免疫異常不育症(二群), リンパ球移植無効同種免疫異常不育症(三群)に分けて自己免疫異常不育症に有効な事が明らかになっている柴苓湯療法を行い, 妊娠率, 生児獲得率を検討した。各群の生児獲得率はそれぞれ64.2%, 63.6から77.8%, 66.7%であり, ANA, ACA陰性同種免疫異常不育症に対するリンパ球移植の生児獲得率78.7%と有意差がなかった。以上の結果より柴苓湯は自己免疫異常不育症のみならず自己免疫異常同種免疫異常合併不育症, リンパ球移植無効同種免疫異常不育症にも有効な事が明らかになった。その有効性機序はBリンパ球ではなくTリンパ球依存性の胎児に対する母体の免疫許容機構によって議論されるべきと結論された。
