Temperature Dependence of the Center Wavelength of Narrow Band Filters Made of AgGaSe2, CuGaS2 and CuAlSe2

The temperature tuning of filters made of AgGaSe2, CuGaS2 and CuAlSe2 is investigated in the temperature range of 77 K$\sim$520 K. The center wavelength of the CuGaS2 filter moves monotonically toward a longer wavelength with temperature from 633 nm to 661 nm, while that of the CuAlSe2 filter moves from 528 nm to 544 nm. The AgGaSe2 filter exhibits a small temperature dependence near room temperature. Its center wavelength shifts from 820 nm at 77 K to 811 nm at 350 K and from 811 nm at 400 K to 814 nm at 520 K. The dependence of the center wavelength on the lowest band gap and the anisotropy in transition strength is discussed.
