Osteochondrosis of the third cuneiform bone is one of the rare disorders. A 4-year-old boy with left Perthes' disease treated by Pogo-Stick brace complained right foot pain and X-ray revealed the characteristic change of osteochondrosis of the third cuneiform bone. There have been many reports about the etiology of osteochondrosis. This case suggested a constitutional disposition as the cause of osteochondrosis.
