Elbow arthrodesis was performed in one patient as a salvage procedure for treatment of an unreconstructable elbow open-complex fracture. The elbow was stable, free of pain, with a fusion angle of 67 degrees flexion, and a range of motion of 90 degrees pronation and 70 degrees supination.
