The present paper deals with heterohaemagglutination by normal serum of cattle, horse, sheep, goat, pig and rabbit with blood corpuscules with absorption-test by 20 stocks cattlescrum with horse blood corpuscules. The main results are to be summarised as follows:1. Normal agglutinine in animal blood serum is specific with each animal, and heteroagglutinine in an animal blood serrm has a relation with the corpuscule of the blood of the same animals, namely animals (not individuals) with many heteroagglutinine in blood serum have few agglutinogen in their blood corpuscules.2. Cattle blood serum has agglutinine which reacts with all horse blood corpuscules, and, more over the authors classified 7 blcod types by absorption-test, that were named eb, Eb1, Eb2, Eb3, Eb1Eb2, Eb2Eb3, Eb1Eb3.3. The group-specific substances which were classified before by heterohaemagglutination were made sure with Immunization of cocks.
