The Ultimate is a sport which is popular focusing on a college student. On the other hand, by intense contact, sport injury also occurs mostly. However, the actual condition of sport injury is not clarified in the top athlete of ultimate. This research summarized the generating situation of the sport injury in the WFDF2012 world ultimate & guts championship held in July, 2012. As a result, 247 players received the emergency measure. Closed injuries were 29.6% and opened injuries were 66.4%. Furthermore, the injuries accompanied by bleeding were 80.5%. According to part of body, injuries of the lower extremity occupied 50% or more. For the injury which needed emergency conveyance, the Medical diseases such as heatstroke was 20.0% and the injury of head neck was 16.0%.
