It started in April for every year of Heisei 21(2009) for the teachers license update system to have the ability ability sometimes and which is necessary as the teacher, for the teacher to take pride with the confidence in wearing and to teach at an educational institution and to get respect for the society and trust in it. For the teacher to practice the education to have supported modern society, teacher himself must get a feel in the times. Then, to attempt to form the capability which can be adaptable in the times becomes important. It is necessary to aim for the children to learn future school well and to grow up youthful spirit body well together healthily. For its purpose, to wear the ability for the teacher to be able to take on the guide by being equipped with the high ability and having confidence becomes important. Also, that a protector and an area, too, are gained and that the school develops an activity with vivid life are sought. Therefore, to set the problem the way of what study and training it should try the contents of them and for such accomplishing objective by the lecture and to clarify are a significant thing.
