シイタケの不和合性因子構成の連鎖分析

シイタケの供試3菌株の不和合性因子の遺伝学的構成を連鎖分析により調べた.各供試菌株由来の単胞子分離株中にA不和合性因子の組換え株がそれぞれ1〜2株見出された.また,単胞子分離株の中から有性生殖により生じたB不和合性因子組換え株が数株検出された.これらの結果から,A不和合性因子は近接して第1連鎖群上に連鎖する2つのサブユニットから構成され,サブユニット間の遺伝学的距離の平均値はわずか0.4cMであった.一方,B不和合性因子の2つのサブユニットは比較的離れて第2連鎖群上に座乗し,その遺伝学的距離の平均は4.0cMであった.
