斎藤和夫,阿部東,熊谷義則,小岩屋敏:クロオオムラサキ(Sasakia funebris LEECH)とオオムラサキ(S.charonda HEWITSON)の核型の比較 中華人民共和国四川省青城山産クロオオムラサキ(Sasakia funebris)雄のハプロイド核型を調べた.染色体数n,30で,中期染色体は点状にみえる.マーカー染色体はない.日本のオオムラサキ(S.charonda)の雄は染色体数n,29で,大型のマーカー染色体を2ケ含むので,両種は核学的に明らかに異なっている.
