Feminist psycologyについてPsycological androgynyについてBemの反論及び新たな理論展開Spenceらの研究Androgyny再考In this paper the studies of psychological androgyny were reviewed, in particular focusing on Bem Sex Role Inventory. Initially, androgyny was considered an ideal personality pattern wherein a person combined the socially valued stereotypic characteristics associated with both masculinity and femininity. The principal evidences that androgyny was good were the high self-esteem and high sex role adaptability. Recent literature, however, has increasingly acknowleged that early androgyny formulations need theoretical elaboration and that androgyny research contains a number of unresolved methodological problems.
