Eugenics is deep_rooted through human history and is entangled with ideologies of social capital, the welfare state, and feminism not only with Nazism. Reproductive technologies have made great advances, so they have changed eugenics into commercial eugenics by commercial influences. Now there are reproductive technologies markets. especially in America. A spermatozoon, an ovum and a embryo have been sold and women are employed as host mothers for infertile women. Because the needs of having a baby by infertile women are so strong, although there is gender bias, a spermatozoon, an ovum and a embryo are provided to them as goods. Children who were born by reproductive technologies have lost their identities because they could not know their father. So there is an issue about how to guarantee the rights of knowing their father. Human dignity is lost in this situation in which a human's worth has dropped by being sold as goods. Children have human dignity also. We must protect the rights of children who were born by reproductive technologies. The way to protect human dignity is the way to exclude eugenics and commercialism in the process of childbirth.
