ブタにおけるタイロシン-フロルフェニコール併用剤の二つの異なる用量での単回筋肉内投与後のタイロシンあるいはフロルフェニコールの比較薬物動態(薬理学)

臨床的な薬物動態特性が,市販のタイロシン-フロルフェニコール併用剤の2.5mg/kgタイロシンと5mg/kgフロルフェニコールあるいは10mg/kgタイロシンと20mg/kgフロルフェニコールの用量でブタへの筋肉内投与(i.m.)後研究された.フロルフェニコールの定量限界(QL)は0.1μg/mLであり,日差変動と日内変動の精度(CV%)は両方とも10%以下であった.タイロシンのQLは0.05μg/mLであった.筋肉内投与後の薬物動態の特徴は1コンパートメントモデルに適合した.各薬物投与量の1/4量への減少(フロルフェニコール20mg/kgから5mg/kgへ,タイロシン10mg/kgから2.5mg/kgへ)は,各々の薬物の最大血漿中濃度(Cmax)と曲線下面積(AUC)値において1/2に相当する減少を生じた.
