Hypereosinophilic syndrome (HES) is characterized by peripheral blood eosinophilia and infiltration of eosinophils into many organs including the skin. HES includes some symptomatic categories because it is defined as a number and duration of eosinophilia in peripheral blood except parasitic or allergic conditions.We reported a case of HES in which the patient presented with rare cutaneous symptoms of eosinophilic yellowish vesicles on his palms and hard nodules on his forearms. Betamethazon was useful to reduce the vesicular and nodular lesions.
