THE STRUCTURES OF DATURAMETELIN A AND B(Communications to the Editor)

Two withanolide glucosides, daturametelin A and B, were obtained as major ingredients from the methanol extract of the whole plants of Datura metal L. Their structures were determined by the spectroscopic means.
