高等教育におけるピアノ教育の指導実践上の諸問題 : K短期大学音楽科の実践例をもとに

In Japan, the instructing of the piano playing from primary schools to high schools has been dependent on the private sector since Meiji Era. In terms of it at higher education level, though it includes in the formal curriculum of public sector, it mainly depends on individual teachers' supervisions of high standard of knowledges and techniques of the piano playing at Universities and Colleges, which belong to so-called 'the hidden curriculum', in some cases may be properly able to be thought in the area of apprenticeship. In the view of sociology of education and music education at higer education, these points have been ignored. Therefore, we firstly examine on how to instruct the high standard of knowledges and techniques of the piano playing in Japanese higher education and secondly clarify some problems of a case study at K junior college. The results are as follows; 1. Theaters tend to depend on traditional texts in instructing knowledges and techniques of piano playing. 2. Most studens tend to select works of the Romantic school. 3. Though work analysis is most important on piano education in higher level, it is uninstitutionarized as some example of curriculum structures of other disciplines. 4. It depends in individual teachers and accordingly teachers' ways to instruct the high standard of knowledges and techniques of the piano playing at higher education. As a result, we proposed the needs about the united standards of the structured curriculum in music education.
