We the Men are the beings of minds with bodies, which means we need bodies in good conditions for having the sound life as human beings. Hence we need to have physical development after the birth, and all the physical abilities have been learned in the childhood through enjoying full of play. Lack of the experience of physical exercises in the childhood might bring about bad results for the wellness in adult life. However, our contemporary life has taken away the chance to play energetically from the children's days. So we need to think about the importance of how to create the wellness life valued on the development physically for children. This paper tries to consider about the wellness family life for children. At first we find out how important of the play and physical experience in the childhood from the theory of kinesiology. Then we try to think about the key concepts for creating quality family life from the view points of the physical development for children; First is the life valued on the parents enjoying the imagination of children, because the imagination of infants causes creating new movements. Second is the life valued on the nature and out-door life as leisure, because in the nature people use the whole abilities of bodies and minds. Third is the life valued on the family sport-life, that is, play sport 'as play' for enjoying them, not 'as work' for the painful training for getting win. Such enjoyable experience of sport might bring them to keep playing sport during the life from inner joy and intrinsic motivation. We are supposed to come to the conclusion, there are a great opportunities to create family culture trough getting good habits requisite for the care of the body for children.
