A FORTRAN program for solving nonlinear two-dimensional magnetoconvection in a Boussinesq fluid is produced using the pseudo-spectral method. Numerical simulation of a system of nonlinear partial- differential equations (PDEs) , which describes a Rayleigh-Benard convection in a vertical magnetic field, shows that an initial noise-level state grows at a theoretical rate until a convection of finite circulation speed, and it has steady state convections, periodic solutions, an irregular oscillation of a chaotic Lorenz attractor type in a parameter regime.
