• Perturbative expansion solutions of nonlinear wave-vortices of the Charney-Hasegawa-Mima equation are obtained to express almost mono-polar shape. In order to investigate the stability of the monopolar wave-vortices numerical solutions are constructed using the mathematical computation software Mathematica. In particular the effect of a parameter of the β-plane approximation is extimated numerically.
