Under the theory hierarchy organization, system's or the manager's point was emphasized in achieving effectiveness and efficiency to realize the purpose of the organization. According to the theory, the members of the organization, prohibited from their creative and self-reflective behavior, are socialized to execute purpose-oriented behavior fitted to organization. On the other hand, self-reflection and communication-oriented behavior are characters of the theory of communicative organization theory to upcoming network. In a network, networkers are not measured or controlled by a manager to achieve the goal because they provide creative and productive ideas, and modify it to meet the organization's goal. They treat other people on the basis of equality and integrity instead of ability or usefulness. In this research it described as "self-reflective behavior," and a person, who shows self-reflective behavior, is called "selfreflection man." The important thing is that there should take place a change in the viewpoint itself regarding organization instead of verbal adoption of the "network," in place of organization.
